About ATMS

For over 25 years ATMS has been working with national and international market leaders in Third Party Logistics, Manufacturing and Distribution to help them improve the control of their warehousing operations and supply chain. Over one hundred  customer sites use StockTrack PLUS Warehouse Management System, handling products ranging from apparel, food and drink (including frozen, chilled and ambient), paper and packaging, consumer electronics, automotive parts, industrial and IT equipment, chemicals, home-ware and  office supplies.

Our position as both software author and implementer keeps us close to our market and our customer needs. This means we are one step ahead in keeping our systems in line with your future needs.

We have our own in house team of logistics professionals in each of our offices, people with real world experience who work with you step by step to implement and support your system solution.   All our support is provided locally, ensuring that our support team get to know your people and your operation closely;  24/7 support is available when you need it.

Project Management, Training and Support

ATMS works with its customers to carefully plan and manage the implementation of each project. The key project stages are specification and design, system tailoring and development, conference room pilot and phased installation. A comprehensive training schedule is drawn up in conjunction with the customer.

ATMS provides a tailored on-going support service to each customer. The support service includes both technical and operational support. The service provides a guaranteed response - 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year if required.

ATMS also supports its customers by providing a consultancy service to ensure that the best use is being made in the system. We also attend meetings with our customers and their trading partners to provide advice on ways of improving trading and communications.

Project Management

Training

Training on our configurable Warehouse Management System is conducted by a member of our project team to provide delegates with the tools to set up a warehouse environment to suit their business. The basic training teaches candidates how to configure the locations within their warehouse and define put away rules that will point to the products preferred locations.

During the training process our staff with who have backgrounds in the logistics sector will not only guide people on how to use our application but also offer practical advice on how to outline warehouse processes.

Once our Warehouse Management System has been implemented we offer further training opportunities to either revisit the basic training or give more advanced training on other modules.

Support

Our support starts from day one as we develop a partnership with our customers to carefully plan and manage implementation of each project. The key project stages are specification and design, system tailoring and development, conference room pilot and phased installation. A comprehensive training schedule is drawn up in conjunction with the customer.

After implementation our friendly support team offer our customers a service which provides not only technical advice but also operational support with their knowledge of logistics. We like to get to know our clients and our support team develop an excellent rapport with them to answer their 9 to 5 needs. For those 24/7 business's we provide additional cover if required.

We advise our customers by providing a consultancy service to ensure that our software is being used effectively to optimise their supply chain. We regularly meet with our customers and their trading partners to continuously improve their processes and communications.
